When you are making dinner rolls from scratch for 6 or more people, the dough will not rise enough to fill all twelve spots in the pan, resulting in a low roll-to-human ratio.
When you are making dinner rolls from scratch for 4 people (in this case including two diabetics watching the carb intake), you will have fantastic dough that allows for the full twelve rolls. Of course.
That sounds about right. It’s scientific fact!
