I think I can work out for thirty minutes per day the following week.
I think I can work out for forty-five minutes five days during the week after that.
I think I can trade in cookies for applesauce.
I think I can switch out chocolate for yogurt.
I think I can pick iced tea over diet soda.
I think I can test my fasting blood glucose this morning.
I think I can test my blood glucose after dinner tonight.
I think I can test it again twice tomorrow.
I know I can get back to a regular exercise schedule.
I know I can reign in some of the carbohydrate snacking.
I know I can test my blood sugar twice a day.
I know I can keep the next scheduled endocrinologist appointment.
I know I can do this.
