#NHBPM – You could learn a thing or two from me.

I know things.

I know that sometimes pharmacies play the switcharoo with manufacturers of generic thyroid replacement hormone for hypothyroidism.

I know all the secrets of metformin and its wily ways with the gastrointestinal system during my monthly cycle or when mixed with ibuprofen.

I know I didn’t do diabetes to myself.

I know sometimes panic attacks can happen while waiting for a refill on anti-anxiety medication.

I know to trust my instincts instead of allowing health care professionals let me believe chronic pain is all in my head.

I know how to laugh because coffee can help “start things up” to make one “regular” once again after surgery.
