Oh, how the Colorado Avalanche hockey club and their fans will miss you, Joe Sakic.

I wish you all the best in your retirement.  Keep doing good things for people less fortunate than you; enjoy the extra time with your children; cherish the memories of a brilliant career.

Thank you for the incredible years here in Denver!
