Windy city, windy state.

Although I only spent the first twelve years of my life there, I am a native of Illinois and the Chicago suburbs (and so are my parents).

As such, I was taught young that there’s always been corruption at the state and local levels.

But the Blagojevich scandal makes me sad and angry.  I worry about what this clearly delusional man as well as the implications for Barack Obama (please oh please let there be no scandal there), state politics (in need of reform once and for all), and even as a smaller concern, the future of beloved Wrigley Field.
