The early morning rush.

I woke up at 3:30 AM thanks to a feline alarm clock.  That’s OK, I can do some writing and get some elliptical love before heading into work.

Ah yes, work.  I’ve accepted a short-term contract at my previous place of employment to develop even better documentation and training for my old position.  Long story short, the powers that be realized how important my job functions were to everyday operations.

Meanwhile, the fat acceptance movement has made the New York Times.  These women aren’t about overeating and forgoing exercise.  Many of them advocate a concept called “Health At Every Size” or HAES -  that a balanced diet and regular exercise are good for you, even if you’re not genetically predisposed to “thin”.  (If you can’t reach the link thanks to NYT required registration, let me know and I can send the article’s text along.)
