Another look at counting calories.

Many of my readers count carbohydrates every single day of their lives, either for themselves or for a child.  Some of them also count calories, too.

Harriet Brown offers a different perspective on counting calories in today’s New York Times – the difficult task of making sure that her daughter consumes enough calories each day.  You see, her daughter is in recovery for anorexia.  That includes foods loaded with fats and carbohydrates, something that turns heads at the grocery store.
